how are you all doing ?
I am here for an Policy update regarding my comissions.
I felt my old write-up was kind of lacking in info so decided to do it again.
This time updating my terms and prices.
COMISSION POLICY:
What I WON'T do:
- Porn/Hentai/Ecchi (Porn is for sale at pornshops.
)- Gay Themed stuff (I'm on my right, so don't try to convince me otherwise)
- Religiously offensive themes
- Racist or any kind of prejudicial themes. (It's wrong, so don't even try)
- Disgusting stuff (you know what i'm talking about. excrement related stuff)
Category 1: Pencils
For simple sketch, character it's 25$
For Character design 2 versions: 30$
(i don't do inking because with the computer you can make pencil lineart as dark as ink).
Category 2: Colored:
For a character, with solid background: 70$
For character with simple background 80-100$
Category 3: Coloring yours or other lineart:
Character with simple or no background: 30$
Scene with complex background: 70$
Scenes with complex backgrounds that will be published fall under the cathegory below.
Category 4: Full fledged Scene:
200-500$. It depends on the complexity and how many characters you want.
Sending the original art
I don't use paper anymore to draw my comissions. Sending gets more expensive than you guys printing it over there. Plus, i'm cutting down
on paper use for enviromental issues

Deadlines are something i'll discuss with you as soon as you send me your pitch.
I don't usually DO deadlines for my comissioned work because i do comissions in my FREE TIME. So it depends on how my school semester is going.
PAYMENT:
PAYMENT IS UPFRONT upon showing the concept sketches.
I know this is tough on you guys, but due to some people comissioning me and NOT paying me, i cant gamble with this stuff anymore.
I hope you guys will understand. I'm very serioust about money, so dont you guys worry. If i am paid, I DELIVER

Would you do a pencil sketch with just some spot coloring and no background (or a solid color, or whatnot) for a single character?
If so, would it be around or under 50$?
Not only that, but would I be able to use this image as, say the background for the LiveJournal or website where I put a webcomic centered around said character as long as I credit you in a very obvious manner as the artist of the pic?

And yes you can do that. Only thing you can't do is mass print it or use it commercially. (like making t-shirts out of it, pins and things like that)
Thing is, i'm not taking comissions for awhile.
I have admired your work for a while and recently came to the conclusion that a commission would be a wonderful birthday gift for my brother. His birthday is in October of this year and I was wondering if a commission done by you would be possible. In there any way for this?
