Hello fellas!

Phew!
I think this is one of the drawings that took me the most to finish.
I started it like...wwaaaay before the expansion launched.
And decided and got of my ass to do it today.
It got to point it wasn't fun to paint it. I fucked up the process.
So i decided to go back and do 90% of it again.
And it was totally worth it.
hahaha as you've may noticed. I'm a total Bloom/HDR effect addict. It makes things "magical" in my opinion.

And talking about magic...
This my friends, is Velen. Velen is the prophet who saved the draenei from corruption and also saved them from the destruction of the draenei's or Eredar's home planet, Argus.
Obviously, this fella is one tough oldman.
I think he'll be one of those Racial Leaders no one was able to kill. He's amazingly powerful and he's a priest. So i wouldn't find it wierd if no one ever got to kill him ever.

About his design, i say completely awesome.
It may not seem so, but he's huge. (like the other draenei)
And his armor is very imposing. (and annoying to draw >_<;)

But anyway.
This one was totally done on the PC.
I dont' have any idea how many hours i put into it.
But since it took me a partial startover, i'll guess about 12 hours.
All done by me.
Photoshop CS2 and Painter IX.

Given that I'm an exceedingly proud Draenei... yeah. You NAILED him artistically.

The internet needs more art of Velen; if it were even to be HALF as awesome as this, it'd be unbelievable.
